Clayton has been a leader in business development for over the last twenty years. In addition to Real Video, he's also a development director in the Merchant Service Industry (Credit Card acquiring RMS and Providence Bank). Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia College in Chicago and is a recent graduate of Leadership of Northwest Indiana. In addition to his current role as Artistic Director of Faith Theatre Company, he continues to operate under the umbrella of the multifaceted 3Sixteen Creative Works, that specializes in writing, producing, performing, and developing with artists, businesses, and churches. When he is not working or hanging out with the Real Video guys, Clayton lives peacefully with his wife and three children.
